EP.OM.E.A Pavlou Mela, like every year, will be once again present on Sunday April 2, with a fully equiped clinic and a supremely trained medical team, on the International Marathon "Alexander the Great". The first International Marathon "ALEXANDER THE GREAT" was held on April 16, 2006, and was realised from the vision of athletes, social and cultural institutions from across Greece. The International Marathon is member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and is always registered in the annual official international calendar, while excluding the right from any other Marathon race in the world, to use the name of Alexander the Great.
