More than three years have passed since the last EPOMEA Greece elections where President Miltiadis Benakis, current President of EPOMEA Thessaloniki was voted unanimously.

His proper leadership at the helm of Central Management of EPOMEA, shone through important moments of success in emergencies, in intervention missions for civil protection and through the thorough training of volunteers. The body of volunteers of EPOMEA expresses its gratitude for his selfless offering all these years.
The reconstruction of the administration will allow Mr. Benakis to dedicate himself more in his duties at EPOMEA Thessaloniki, without stopping to offer his valuable help from a new position to the Central Administration of EPOMEA Greece. For that purpose, it was decided in agreement with the members of the Board but also with the members of EPOMEA Greece, to move the election date a year earlier.

Following the above, EPOMEA Greece will conduct the elections on May 16, 2020 (tactical members are posted on the site of EPOMEA Greece). The candidacies of the members of EPOMEA Greece will be stated to Sylaidis Stylianos, former Deputy Secretary of EP.OME.A. Greece, until May 14, 2020 at 20:00 in the afternoon.
